Blake Varga was first introduced to the world of real estate and development moving in and out of developments his parents flipped throughout West L.A. and Malibu.
After graduating from NYU's Tisch Film School, Blake started working in the L.A. film and real estate industry. Soon, Blake’s marketing and advertising content was featured on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing,” “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills,” Netflix’s “Selling Sunset” as well as CNBC, E!, Travel Channel, DIGS Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, Fairmont Hotel marketing channels and Bentley Beverly Hills advertisements among many others. Blake continues to utilize his filmmaking background by marketing listings as well as his work as a volunteer for Zoe International, an anti-human trafficking organization.
Blake’s masterful ability to tell stories through advertising and his in-depth familiarity with the home development market has led him to a dynamic career in real estate development and sales. His unique experience in marketing and work as a designer/superintendent for Malibu development company 3RC also arms him with a detail-oriented eye that expertly evaluates homes.
Blake currently resides in Malibu with his wife, Claudia two-year-old son, Hank, and eight-month-old daughter, Shiloh. He continues to work on developments and assist clients along the southern California coast. His experience and background provide buyers and sellers with a completely unique competitive edge when working with the Eric Haskell Group.
