Monique Jelléy has held her real estate license since 2006 and her broker’s license since 2010. She is a veteran in the field with work experience in property management for both small and large multifamily communities; as a due diligence officer for a real estate investment company; and as an office manager/website coordinator for the Central Florida chapter of The March of Dimes.
Monique was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, where she obtained a unique private school education and training that was culturally rich in the arts. She then lived and worked in Australia, and Florida for many years.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication, and Rollins College with a Master’s in Corporate Communication and Technology, she moved to Malibu, California in 2004.
Monique’s cultural upbringing, extensive education, corporate background, real estate experience, and philanthropic nature give her the skills, structure, insights, and discipline needed in her profession.
Her specialties are sales and leasing as well as property management; but most importantly, satisfying the unique needs of her clients. “I love helping others secure their dream home. Throughout the process, I provide advice, guidance, and hands-on support, so that they feel comfortable and confident with their decision.”
Monique now lives in Oak Park with her three children. Because she still works in Malibu, she is involved in both communities. Outside of work and family, her favorite hobbies are photography and creating a harmonious, healthy home and business environment.
