A member of both The Agency Malibu and Montecito offices, Blake Varga has been immersed in real estate, development, and design from an early age, growing up in and around homes his parents renovated and flipped throughout West Los Angeles and Malibu.
After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Blake built a successful career in film, marketing, and advertising, with creative work featured on Bravo’s *Million Dollar Listing* and *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills*, as well as Netflix’s *Selling Sunset*. The experience sharpened his ability to tell compelling stories through visual media—an advantage he now applies to marketing luxury homes and showcasing properties at their highest potential.
Blake’s deep understanding of residential development extends far beyond sales. In addition to working as a designer and superintendent for Malibu-based development company 3RC, he has personally built homes from the ground up, completed extensive remodels, and developed properties on raw land. His experience includes navigating the complexities of Coastal Commission jurisdictions, permitting, design, construction, and project execution from concept to completion. Alongside his wife, Claudia, he continues to design, renovate, and reposition homes throughout Southern California.

While much of the family’s time is spent in Ojai, they remain deeply connected to Malibu and the Central Coast, spending summers near the coast and regularly working throughout Malibu, Montecito, Ojai, and the surrounding communities.
